I’ve been working on several projects this year which will eventually create income for my organisation. The first is that I am having greeting cards printed that will be packaged and sold in Sydney and Wollongong to start the flow of money that will then go on to develop other fund raising ventures.
The second is that I am having a classified/auction website developed that will allow me to sell the items that are donated to my organisation from generous men and women in my local area. Once the money begins to flow, I will find a warehouse that can store the items that are donated, from where we will wash, dry, iron or repair (in the case of clothing), or restore (in the case of furniture) these items, and then send them to the buyer once they are sold through our classified website, or arrange to have them collected.
I am developing a number of other online businesses that will help to raise the funds needed to do what it is I want to do, plus, shortly we will be holding raffles with substantial prizes that can be won.
