Defining Kindness

written by OL and edited by MR ©

Many people will say that kindness is a manner which demonstrates itself in proceedings. But what is kindness? It is the quality of being generous, friendly and considerate, to name just a few. Another aspect is that you worry for the feelings of others and that you feel their pain along with them. It is also said that kindness tries to figure out what the situation is and produce a better outcome. Kindness shows empathy and compassion for those who are in pain, and support for those who are attempting to help those who are in need. Being kind is a very important way of giving some significance to our own lives as well as the lives of others who are around us and those that we don’t even know. Being kind also gives us a chance to interact with others better, and also to be a positive force in other people’s lives. Its true source is deep within us, and while some people are naturally kind, it’s something that everyone can develop by applying themselves to learning what it means to be kind and then by actually being kind in different situations. How to Experience More Love in Life

More Love in Life

written by JMac and MR ©

When it comes to love everyone has a different opinion about what love is and is not. The word “love” refers to different varieties of emotional states, feelings or attitudes which range from those of simple personal pleasures or desires to those characterising interpersonal affection and many forms of profound kindness, compassion, and benevolent concern for the good of others. Love is the only thing that we can carry with us when we go, and it makes the end so easy. What most people would like is to experience more love in life.

The basis of a healthy life today is based on love, every minute, every second; we try to show others how much they mean to us. Though we can’t quantify love we know what it feels like to love and to be loved. Continue reading

Wounds that Prevent Intimacy

Wounds That Prevent Intimacy

Wounds the Prevent Intimacy

Many women grow up believing that life will be wonderful. They expect that there will be a happy-ever-after ending by about the age of 24 or so. Often this doesn’t occur, because we’re confronted with the pain of many generations gone. Not to mention the build-up of experiences over the course of our lives. Unless these things are dealt with we’ll never have the depth of connection that we want with an intimate partner. Continue reading

The Love of God

The Love of God

The Love of God

Stuart Wilde  September 10, 2010

The love of God keeps you safe but first this.

What we call God is a celestial light that gives rise to the myriad dimensions of heaven that are located inside the holographic fields-upon-fields. Every grain of sand has all the heavens and hells inside it. Continue reading

The Eternal Tao

The Eternal Tao

by Stuart Wilde – April 3, 2007

The eternal Tao is the grace in all things. It is the living sprit from which the ten thousand things emerged. It has the power of a higher knowing for it perpetuates itself even in adverse circumstances. It is the digital-fractal order in all things. It is usually separate from you and antagonistic towards you until you love it and make a pact to join it. That pact comes from your higher mind for the intellect and logic can have no more than a fleeting perception of the Tao. Continue reading

A Prayer for Compassion

prayer

Heavenly Father,

Help us remember that the jerk who cut us off in traffic last night is a single mother who worked nine hours that day and is rushing home to cook dinner, help with homework, do the laundry and spend a few precious moments with her children.

Help us to remember that the pierced, tattooed, disinterested young man who can’t make change correctly is a worried 19-year-old college student, balancing his apprehension over final exams with his fear of not getting his student loans for next semester.

Remind us, Lord, that the scary looking bum, begging for money in the same spot every day (who really ought to get a job!) is a slave to addictions that we can only imagine in our worst nightmares.

Help us to remember that the old couple walking annoyingly slow through the store aisles and blocking our shopping progress are savoring this moment, knowing that, based on the biopsy report she got back last week, this will be the last year that they go shopping together.

Heavenly Father, remind us each day that, of all the gifts you give us, the greatest gift is love. It is not enough to share that love with those we hold dear.

Open our hearts not to just those who are close to us, but to all humanity. Let us be slow to judge and quick to forgive, show patience, empathy and love.

This we pray in earnest, your humble students of unconditional love.

Women’s Self Image: Most Don’t Feel Attractive

appreciation

It is a common thread amongst women that they don’t believe they are very attractive.  This is due to the constant bombardment by everything around them, from the television, to the magazines, to the music they listen to, to the movies they go and see, to the billboards that do the advertising, to the packaging that products come in. It’s everywhere! There is a certain look that is deemed appealing, and we are constantly indoctrinated to believe that this is what men want because of the amount of times that this idea is repeated to us. The truth of the matter is far from that, of course. Men make up their own mind as to what they find attractive, and most would have a different view of what they think is attractive to what the media portrays that they think is attractive. Feeling Empty? Try Spiritual Dining…

The wedding Supper Revelations

There is a smorgasbord of information and techniques available to the public concerning ways to be at one with Spirit.  Just like a real smorgasbord, people will find things they like, and things they don’t.  One should utilise discernment when one is sampling. Many offerings on the smorgasbord were not created by a “Spiritual Nutritionist.”  At best they leave you feeling empty.  Sampling can also lead to an upset stomach, cavities in your spiritual understanding, or the excess fat of useless and confusing knowledge.

Here is a suggested essential vitamin list of a “Spiritual Nutritionist.”  Be sure to ask about ingredients when sampling, and make sure of purity before investing in large quantities. Continue reading
