Causes of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is an anxiety disorder. It is brought on by memories of either one more (or a series of multiple) extremely stressful events that caused fear or terror, especially if the man, woman or child who experienced the event or events felt unable to do anything about the situation that they were in. Essentially, they felt helpless and powerless to change the situation, to prevent it or to leave it.

That event might have been war, or physical or sexual abuse or assault such as domestic violence or sexual abuse by a parent or a family member or friend. It might have been an accident such as a car accident or motorbike accident. Or perhaps the sufferer was inside a car when it fell into a waterway and was unable to get out until someone arrived to help. Maybe it was a mass disaster like a train crash or the sinking of a cruise-liner. Or being held hostage in a situation where someone intends to murder the people he has hostage if his demands are not met.

You can develop PTSD no matter whether you were the one involved in the situation or whether you were simply a witness to it. It is a normal reaction to feel stress when you experience a traumatic event, but for those who have PTSD they will continue to feel stressed long after the event or events occurred. PTSD is characterised by the intensity of feelings, how many years or months those feelings continue to go on for, how long those feelings last when they do come to mind, how a man or woman reacts to those feelings, and last but not least, the manifestation of certain symptoms due to those thoughts and feelings.

Signs and Symptoms

It is usual for the symptoms of PTSD to develop within three months of the initial event, however, they possibly may not manifest until months or years later. Symptoms might include:

  • An inability to shake the memory of the traumatic event.
  • Depression and a sense of hopelessness.
  • Inability to sleep at night, and the recurrence of nightmares.
  • Continual flashbacks to the event or events.
  • Attempts to block out thoughts about the event, or to avoid similar situations that remind you of the traumatic event or that triggers certain feelings.
  • In the case of physical or sexual abuse by a family member, often there is the inability to connect with loved ones due to having had your trust broken. You often feel betrayed by not only the perpetrator, and also by the one who normally you would have expected to protect you from the perpetrator but who didn’t.
  • A feeling of being isolated and detached and alone with your pain.
  • A feeling of guilt for having invited the abuser to abuse you or of having been deserving of the abuse (This is a false belief. You were never responsible for or deserving of your abuser’s actions. Never.).
  • Pain often expresses itself as anger, so it is common to feel irritable and angry when you are in pain.
  • Acute levels of awareness of the things going on around you (this is also known as hyper-vigilance). Your radar is constantly on the watch for danger due to the abuse you have been through.
  • Reacting in an overly sensitive way to things (also known as hyper-sensitivity). This often manifests as having trouble sleeping, feeling angry at everything and everyone around you, being unable to concentrate, being easily startled, and having a physical reaction to something that has startled you (such as a sudden rapid heartbeat or increase in breathing, or an increase in blood pressure).
  • An extreme fear of intimate relationships. This is true for not only the victims of domestic violence, but also for the children who grew up in homes where they witnessed domestic violence.

What Causes PTSD?

I will offer a holistic reply to this question when I address what causes PTSD here. Only a holistic approach can deal with the full effects of PTSD.

Humans are more than just a physical Being. They are a physical Being, they are an emotional Being, they are an intellectual Being, and they are a spiritual Being. If a holistic approach isn’t taken when dealing with Dis-ease, then an incomplete solution is all that can be offered to a problem that is a multi-layered issue.

The majority of those in the medical profession – especially those who are classed as experts – aren’t sure what causes men and women to develop PTSD. However, it is generally thought that when a human is confronted with a traumatic event, his or her mind isn’t able to process all the thoughts and feelings that it usually is able to.

Yes, to a certain extent this is true, however, for all of my life I have known that there is more to disease and mental imbalance than just the pure physical, mental and emotional side of things. At different times in my life I have been able to see spiritual entities, both of angelic origin and of demonic origin. When I was very young I was also able to see nature spirits, but as the trauma of my own experience of domestic abuse went along (being both witness to my father’s abuse of my mother as well as experiencing both my father and mother’s physical and psychological abuse of myself and my brother), the ability to see these beings faded in and out over the years.

Inter-Dimensional Entities

I know from what I have seen first hand, that there are inter-dimensional entities that walk beside us and fire negative thought-forms at us from a place to our right that we can’t see. We can hear the thoughts that they have fired at us, yes, but we can’t see the Beings that actually fired them. My teacher (Stuart Wilde) writes that “Most mental disease is the ghouls attacking, creating demonic visions that are then misdiagnosed as madness, phobias and/or schizophrenia.” I am not alone in believing that these inter-dimensional Beings taunt almost all humans in order to feed off the emotions of anxiety, anger and fear that are produced by creating chaos in the mind.

Sacred Geometry

Stuart saw in visions how the human body is composed. He explains throughout almost all of his writings that everything in life is made up of a set of mathematical codes. Codes just like what you see in the Matrix movie where Neo is initially watching a computer screen with a set of green numbers scrolling down it. Sacred Geometry addresses this fact. At http://sacredgeometry.com.au/ the introduction page says “There is order to the Universe in the form of pure mathematical principles that can only be known to us through geometry. This order stands independent of chaos, space and time. It can benefit us on many levels because we are encoded with the same laws. We resonate to the same order – the harmony of Universal Order.”  Essentially, Sacred Geometry is identifying the same codes that Stuart Wilde tried explaining to us.

Healing Hands

My teacher underwent the Stigmata for almost three years, where his hands were encoded with the Purple Healing Light which then gave him the ability to heal his students. During a healing he was able to re-arrange their codes into a symmetrical alignment. Only when they were children were their codes symmetrical, so he took them back to where the codes had previously been when they were children. All children are born with perfect symmetry in their codes – this is what makes them so innocent and so beautiful. It is also what Jesus was talking about when he said in Matthew Chapter 18 verse 3 “Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.”

Many religious teachers and scholars have failed to understand what Jesus was actually talking about in that verse. Jesus taught at a very deep level, most of which has not been well translated because his teachings have been changed as they have been passed down through the centuries since his time on earth. What Jesus was talking about in this verse was the realignment of the codes within the body. Once realigned, it would propel an individual back to a place of complete wholeness and health that matched how they were in their first few years of life.

Broken Symmetry

What causes the misalignment is that throughout the course of life, our symmetry gets put out of place due to the various traumas we go through, and also due to our own choices to act in an unethical or impure manner.  When an individual experiences trauma (and when they go against their conscience and fail to do what they know to be the right thing to do), their codes get misaligned or broken. Therefore their experience of life changes as well – they become Dis-eased and troubled, broken and bent.

Gaining Entry to the Celestial Realms

There is a lot of accuracy in the term “bent” when it is used in reference to people who are dishonest. That word (whether people are aware of it or not) was chosen to describe dishonesty and corruption. At a deep level, the man or woman who chose it knew that it was referring to the bent and broken codes of a person who is deceitful.  This is also why Jesus says that the liars never make it into the Celestial realms. It’s because their codes are all broken and bent out of shape, and their lack of symmetry keeps them from being pure enough and straight enough to enter those dimensions. Everything in the Celestial realms has a beautiful symmetry. In order to gain entry into those realms, a human must become the same as the symmetry that is already there.

Realigning the Codes

When Stuart did his healings, all that he would do was put the codes back into the correct order that they needed to have been in, and once that was done the people that he had worked on became well. From that point of time on, they were able to create harmony and health in their life.  All physical and mental Dis-ease vanished. To quote Stuart once again, he says “So what looks like a miracle healing is nothing to do with medicine or miracles – it actually follows a pure logic, the mathematics of the fractal codes. Medicine doesn’t know about the codes, it treats the symptoms, not the asymmetry or ghoul-maths behind the symptoms, so the beleaguered doctors have to fix patients over and over, endlessly.”

Sickness is More Profitable than Wellness

Most doctors enter their profession with the best of all intentions. However, their own teachers don’t have the knowledge to address the complex and total approach to healthcare. So the doctor isn’t taught what he or she needs to do to truly fix their patients’ health. Not only that, the people who own the pharmaceutical companies really don’t want people to get well…… it would mean that they wouldn’t have any more customers if they did. Therefore it suits their interests NOT to address people’s healing with a holistic approach. People would get well if they did that, and then they wouldn’t need the pharmaceutical companies. No customers means ‘no profits’ for them.

PTSD and DMT

If we look at what the scientists are doing, they have found that the brain structure or chemistry of those with PTSD is different to those without.  DMT, which is produced by the Pineal Gland in the very centre of the brain, is activated when the two hemispheres of the brain are synchronised with each other (or rather, when the symmetry of a man or woman has not changed from being symmetrical as a child, or has been restored after working on it as an adult).

DMT is a natural psychedelic produced by our own brains, however, DMT becomes inhibited due to trauma as well as additives in the drinking water and food.  When the two halves of the brain become synchronised and DMT is not inhibited by things such as fluoride or the intrusion of thoughts placed into our heads by either our own memories or by the inter-dimensional Beings that I mentioned previously, the brain will produce both DMT and Dopamine. This will allow a man or woman the ability to see psychically into future situations, and to see into a current specific situation for information not normally available to the other five senses.

Blocking Dopamine

In the case of PTSD, most doctors are taught to prescribe drugs that block Dopamine. However, I do not believe that this is the correct solution to the situation.  Dopamine, when allowed to flow, helps link every aspect of an individual to every other aspect of him or herself. As an electronic system, the biochemical and bio-electric relationship within the human system needs Dopamine to be able to function properly. So to inhibit its production is to restrict the patient’s abilities to intuitively know what is right and what is best for him or her. At any moment in time.

Essentially, it is programming the mind not to know what is best for itself (which might very well be the agenda of those who came up with this solution in the first place).

Who is Most At Risk?

Those who are most at risk are those who have been through a severe traumatic event. It could either have been a one-off event, or could have lasted for years. Or it was a series of horrific events related to their occupation. How long and how traumatic it was all has an effect on the level of PTSD that you will experience. The following situations are most like to produce PTSD:

  • A situation of domestic violence, either one-off or continual. Or a history of being abused as a child or being witness to your mother or siblings being abused.
  • A situation of sexual abuse, either one-off or continual. Or a history of witnessing your mother being sexually abused by your father, or being the victim of that yourself.
  • Working in an occupation where you are exposed to other people’s trauma. Such as an ambulance officer, or a fire-fighter, a soldier or naval officer, or a police man or woman. Also, being put into stressful situations yourself within those occupations.
  • A history of depression or other psychological issues.
  • Being addicted to either drugs or alcohol.
  • Feeling isolated and without family or friends to support you.
  • Women are usually the ones to show the most symptoms of PTSD.
  • War Veterans.
  • Survivors of unexpected events, such as a home invasion by an armed robber. Or a bad car accident, or being in the bank during a bank hold-up.
  • Survivors of natural disasters such as tsunamis and earth quakes or volcanos.

I may write a follow up article to this one shortly, which will give some suggestions on how to heal from PTSD.
