Overcoming Fear Meditation

This powerful audio can be heard by clicking on the image above. It is a guided Overcoming Fear meditation. Louise Hay guides you to overcome your fears through the positive strength of meditation. The audio is designed to help you create new, healthy, positive thought patterns. This meditation helps you to visualise a world where it’s safe to love each other without fear, which will help give you the confidence and power to make your own contribution to a productive and caring society. This is a wonderful audio recording of Louise Hay’s Overcoming Fear Meditation.

If you’ve been involved in an abusive relationship, then it’s highly likely that you are now traumatised by that and constantly live in fear. Fear is an interesting phenomenon, because when we allow it to dominate our thinking, we actually manifest the very same thing that we fear. So it is very important to use these Overcoming Fear Affirmations in order to overwhelm the mind with positivity, and to release fear and let it go.

How to Make this Work for You

Please note that this audio works best if it is listened to repeatedly for at least one month. It will work even better if you listen to it twice a day. You can take some of the affirmations that you hear in this video/audio and write them down, then stand in front of a mirror and speak those affirmations to yourself whilst looking in the mirror. This will speed up the process of having them working on your mind and seeing results in your life.

Another way to work with the mind to overcome fear is to listen to subliminal affirmations whilst in meditation. Subliminal affirmations will sink deep into the subconscious mind, and they work very quickly, embedding themselves deep within your thinking in the part of the mind that controls our reactions to things.
