The Courage to Do

“Courage doesn’t always roar.
Sometimes it’s a quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
I’ll do more again tomorrow.”
 – Mary Ann Radmacher
“Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.”
– Winston Churchill
“I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it.
The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.”
– Nelson Mandela
“It takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to our enemies, but just as much to stand up to our friends.”
– J. K. Rowling
“Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear,
do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy.”
– Dale Carnegie
“Have the courage to say no. Have the courage to face the truth. Do the right thing because it is right.
These are the magic keys to living your life with integrity.”
– W. Clement Stone
“Courage is grace under pressure.”
– Ernest Hemingway
“Loyalty and devotion lead to bravery. Bravery leads to the spirit of self-sacrifice.
The spirit of self-sacrifice creates trust in the power of love.”
– Morihei Ueshiba
“One isn’t necessarily born with courage, but one is born with potential. Without courage, we cannot practice any other virtue with consistency. We can’t be kind, true, merciful, generous, or honest.”

However, we too must earn the trust of our partner by demonstrating that we are trustworthy ourselves.

Tell the TRUTH!

Love's kiss

Abraham: Throughout you lifetime, and because of your interaction with others, you have been identifying the characteristics in others that are most appealing to you; and you have, incrementally, been sending out rockets of desires about those desirable traits. In other words, bit by bit, you have created (in your own Vibrational Reality) your vision of the perfect mate for you. But before you can find your perfect mate, you must be a Vibrational Match to that desire, which means, you must consistently be a Vibrational Match to what you want. Continue reading

Take Action

lao tzu small step

The journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step. This is the wisdom of Lao Tzu, the Chinese sage who wrote the Tao Te Ching. His name means ”old master”, which is rather appropriate considering the wisdom of his writings.

If you find yourself in an abusive relationship, or a situation where you are not being honoured, then begin with the smallest of steps to get yourself out of that situation.  It may seem like it’s an impossible mission to accomplish, however, if you don’t take action then nothing will ever be achieved.
